House Rules
By making a payment to stay at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Check-In/Check-Out
• Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure.
• Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional charges.
2. Occupancy
• The maximum occupancy for the unit is 6 people. Any additional guests beyond this number will incur an additional charge or may result in the cancellation of the booking.
• Only the registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. Visitors are allowed only with prior permission.
3. Damage and Liability
• Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and must ensure the unit is treated with care and respect.
• Any damages, breakages, or loss of property must be reported immediately.
• A charge for repairs or replacements will be billed separately.
• The property owners are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the stay, whether on the premises or during activities arranged by the guest.
4. House Rules
• Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The use of loud music, parties or disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors is prohibited.
• Under no circumstances should the keys be returned to the security guards. They must either be placed in the safety box or left with the cleaning lady.
5. Indemnity
• By making a booking and payment, you agree to indemnify the property owners and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries (including loss of life) arising from your stay.
• The property owners will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay.
