Breakage Deposit

House Rules
1. Strictly no parties, loud noise/music or excessive drinking.
2. No smoking inside. You welcome to smoke outside.
3. No extra guests allowed other than who are on the booking. No day visitors.
4. No pets allowed.
5. Not complying with the house rules may end up being evicted off the property at whatever so given time without refund.
