Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The accommodation is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Refunds are subject to banking and processing fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
No visitors are allowed without prior approval; additional guests will be charged per person.
Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited, with penalties for violations.
Parties, events, and loud noise are not allowed; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
No pets without prior approval; additional fees may apply.
Guests must take care of the property; damages or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.
House rule violations may result in the loss of the deposit and removal from the property by the police.
