Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests must bring their own swimming towels.
Keep the keys safe and return them to the TO Strand Beach Resort reception upon departure.
The villa is cleaned before and after your stay. A daily cleaning service is included.
Linen changes are available upon request at an additional cost.
Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
Only guide dogs for visually impaired guests are permitted.
Dispose of feminine products, diapers, and wipes in bins, not the toilet.
Drones are not permitted.
Use the provided bins for waste.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Keep furniture in its designated area, except for patio furniture.
The owner is not responsible for injuries or personal property loss or damage.
Secure all windows and doors when away; feeding animals is not allowed.
Adhere to the villa's guest capacity.
Keep your access permit safe for entry to the estate.
Emergency contacts are available if needed.
A fire extinguisher is provided for emergencies.
Guests are liable for any damages during their stay.
Maintain low noise levels, especially after 22:00.
Park in designated bays.
Cleaning is provided, with optional linen changes for a fee.
Use lamps during power outages, not candles.
Keep keys safe and return them upon departure.
Guests need to bring their own swimming towels.
