Right of admission is reserved; the owner may revoke access if necessary.
Parties, events, and gatherings such as bachelor or bachelorette parties, kitchen teas, baby showers, and birthday celebrations are not permitted.
Children must be supervised due to staircases.
Bookings are valid only for the confirmed stay period.
The owner reserves the right to reclaim the accommodation without a refund if guests behave in a way that disrupts neighbours or other guests.
Occupancy may not exceed the number stated in the booking. Additional guests must vacate immediately, or the booking will be cancelled without a refund.
Guests must check the provided inventory upon arrival and report discrepancies by the next business day. Any damages or losses beyond the breakage deposit will be charged to the guest.
Maintenance requests should be reported to management.
The owner, agents, or staff are not liable for personal injury, death, theft, or property damage occurring during the stay. Guests waive any claims against the owner, including those due to negligence.
Guests indemnify the host against claims for injury or property loss during their stay.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
