Dear Charles Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay at La La Karoo. We appreciate the time you took to do this. I am very happy to let you know the new aircons were installed last week in all 6 rooms. We have access to the swimming pool from the self-catering rooms - apologies if you were not shown the easy access into the pool area. TVs will be in by the end of the month, even though most say it is not necessary as the peace and quiet of the Karoo is a blessing - We hope that you will visit us again soon to see the ongoing improvements to La La Karoo.
