No parties or excessive noise.
The beach directly in front of the house is not monitored by lifeguards, so please exercise caution when swimming. Avoid swimming too far out, as there are numerous rips due to the length of the beach. Do not swim when the sea is rough.
There are two beaches within less than one kilometre from the house that have lifeguards during the high season—one at The Dunes and the other at Keurbooms First Beach.
