Harbour View Woodbine House is a charming self-catering home located in a quiet area in the heart of Kalk Bay Village. This secluded retreat features open-plan living surrounded by a botanically inspired indigenous garden. The home is just a stone's throw from Kalk Bay Harbour, offering enchanting views of the waters of False Bay with a stunning mountain backdrop.
This house can accommodate up to 4 adults, 1 child, and one infant and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a cot, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed. There is a single mattress that can be moved to the study floor for a child. The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It extends to the lounge furnished with comfy seating and a TV. There is also a studio/ library/ workspace with views.
The doors extend to a sun-kissed deck with outdoor seating with views of the waters of False Bay. Secure cul-de-sac parking is provided. For guest's peace of mind, there is an armed response available as well as security beams and panic buttons.
