Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The unit has a pre-paid electricity meter pre-installed with a set amount of electricity. When finished, guests will have to reload it at their own expense. The home has solar panels for use throughout the day.
Cleaning services can be provided by prior arrangement and at an extra cost and must be paid directly to the cleaning company.
No parties or loud music.
No smoking is allowed inside the house.
Pets are not allowed inside the house. There is a designated area outside with a pet house and heat light for the colder nights.
For the pool to keep the heat, it is recommended that the blanket be put back after swimming.
The heating of the pool is seasonal.
