Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Kindly note that only guests with recent reviews are invited to book the house. IDs of guests staying at the house will be requested prior to check-in.
Strictly no parties, no events, shootings, large gatherings or loud music are allowed, quiet time from 10pm- 8.00am.
No third-party suppliers are allowed onto the property without prior permission from the host. No furniture, amenity or decor item should be moved, removed or taken-out of the house by guests &/or by visitors.
The property is strictly non smoking, non-vaping, no illegal substances. In case of non-adherence to this rule cleaning and sanitization costs will be charged. Strictly no candles, no bond fires, no fireworks onto the property outdoors due to the proximity of the nature reserve and the risk of bush fires.
No Pets allowed to stay, also not from visitors.
The house is strictly accomodating a maximum of 8 guests, this includes infants & toddlers. Please let us know if you bring children along so that we can arrange a cot or a high chair during their stay. If you have infants &/or toddlers, the stairs, the swimming pool and the electric fence have to be considered for guests' liability.
Outdoor equipment (furniture, umbrellas, bases, cushions) should be handled with care when moved around, it should be put away at night, or in windy & rainy weather conditions. For obvious security reasons, the doors & windows must be locked consistently at night or before leaving the property but also properly secured/closed to prevent weather impact. Kindly note that all doors have inside pins that need to be secured properly.
Strictly no tempering with the security or the pool equipment (our technicians will take care of the pool maintenance).
Parking for 2 cars within driveway only.
