Description

DejaBlue Beach House is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated in the secure, boomed-off community of Kleinemonde, just 15 km from Port Alfred. Ideally located approximately 70 m from the beach and 20 m from the estuary, the property offers a peaceful retreat with stunning coastal views and easy access to pristine beaches.

The house can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, a library with 2 sleeper couches, and 3 full bathrooms. The lowest level features the main bedroom which is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The ground level includes a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. This floor also has a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms that each have a The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed with a shared bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower in between. Linen and closet space are provided. An outdoor shower with hot water is also available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cookware, ice machine, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a pantry, breakfast bar with seating for 5 and a dining table with seating for 10 are available. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack is also available. The home offers two lounge areas located downstairs. The first features comfortable couches and a fireplace overlooking the water. The second includes a Smart TV with built-in seating. Upstairs is a library with 2 single sleeper couches. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available.

Upstairs, the library opens onto a roof deck. The outdoor patio offers access to the enclosed braai room, which has stacking doors. The braai room includes a built-in braai, a gas flattop for preparing larger meals, and a bar fridge. Next to the patio is a boma under a milkwood tree that provides a cosy setting for outdoor gatherings.

A pathway leads directly from the property to the estuary. Secure parking is available in a double garage, with space for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway. The property is fully alarmed with armed response. Nearby activities include fishing in the estuary or from the beach, canoeing, and golfing.
