Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No children under 12 are allowed without special permission from the owner.
No smoking inside the cottage. Guests may use the private outdoor courtyard.
Access to the owner’s garden is by permission only and under their supervision. The garden may be booked for small weddings or gatherings with prior approval and a contribution to running costs.
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed reservation. No unauthorised parties are allowed.
Pets, firearms, drugs or illegal substances, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
