The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, toaster, fridge-freezer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The newly built Stern boathouse offers 2 completely private master en-suite bedrooms with king-sized beds on either side of a stylish and sociable living area. One master boasts an en-suite fitted with a bath, as well as both indoor and outdoor showers, while the other bedroom also offers an en-suite with indoor and outdoor showers. Both bedrooms are lagoon-facing and can be converted to twin beds if needed. Lawns is a spacious stone cottage that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children, ideal for families. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, an upstairs loft room, 3 bathrooms, and a double-volume living and dining area. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and an outdoor shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a double indoor shower plus an outdoor bath and shower. Upstairs, the third bedroom is a twin that can be pushed together if needed, sharing a bathroom with the loft area. The loft has 2 built-in bunk beds, each with doubles on the bottom and singles on the top, perfect for the kids. Watch the sunset or relax with a cup of tea on the large private verandah, equipped with a fire pit, built-in braai, and wood-fired hot tub.
