Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Treat the house with care. Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
Please report any damages immediately. If anything breaks or stops working during your stay, let the hosts know right away so they can assist.
Please do not move furniture or remove any items from the house.
The number of guests staying at the house must not exceed the number stated in your booking. Unauthorized visitors, including children, are not allowed without prior approval. Additional charges will apply for any unapproved guests or visitors.
Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.
Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.
Dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins and ensure no food or litter is left outside to avoid pests.
Please switch off lights, and heaters when not in use.
Be mindful of hot water usage to ensure a sufficient supply for everyone during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking outside is allowed in designated areas, but cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.
Guests will be held responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after their stay.
Please vacate the property by 10:00.
Before you leave, wash any used dishes, ensure rubbish is disposed of in the bins provided and return furniture to its original position, if moved.
Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional charges or deductions from the security deposit.
