House Rules
Minimum age to make a reservation is 21. We reserve the right to request an ID to prove minimum of 21. We have a very strict no pets and no smoking/vaping policy. In addition, pets or smoking will result in substantial deep cleaning fee. No parties or illegal substances allowed anywhere on the property. At no time may the overnight number of guests exceed four (4). If you moved furniture, please move it back before checkout. Please leave the home neat at checkout. Checkout is 11 am firm. Owner is not liable for any accidents or injuries. No fires or fire-pits allowed. Violation of house rules results in immediate eviction. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
When entering and exiting the complex, please do not drive off until the gate has closed.
