Breakage Deposit

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at an additional cost.

Please note that only the specified number of guests included in the booking are allowed. Guests will be held financially responsible if any extra guests or visitors are present without prior arrangement or being listed in the booking.

No parties are allowed.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, but there is a designated smoking area on the patio.

Breakfast and dinner are available upon request at an additional cost and must be ordered in advance.

When the clubhouse is booked for a private event, the swimming pool area will be closed and off-limits to all residents and guests. This only happens a few times a year. A notice will be placed at the pool with the specific closure times for that day. Children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
