Thank you for your inquiry. Our farmhouse holds a special place in our hearts, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect. Below are our house rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Respect Our Home
This is a private residence, not a party venue. We ask that you maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Occupancy Limit
The maximum number of overnight guests is 6. Please ensure that this limit is respected at all times.
No Smoking Policy

To maintain a healthy environment, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly, in the sand bucket provided.

Woodburning Heater Usage
If you choose to use the indoor woodburning heater, please keep the door closed at all times while it is in use. This ensures safety and maintains the warmth within the house.

Noise Levels
To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum, especially during late-night hours. We encourage you to enjoy the tranquility of the farmhouse.

Care for Amenities
Please treat all furnishings and amenities with care. If any items are damaged or not functioning properly, notify us immediately.

Cleanliness
We ask that you keep the farmhouse tidy during your stay. Please clean up after yourself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and living areas.

Trash Disposal
Dispose of trash in the designated bins. We also encourage recycling; please follow the provided guidelines for separating recyclables.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to adjust these times, please let us know in advance.
