The main house comprises 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, while the separate cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is located on the first level and is furnished with a king-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, walk-in cupboard, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a queen-size bed and an adjacent bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom is located across this shared bathroom and contains a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the first floor and share a private TV lounge ideal for kids' entertainment. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed which can accommodate adults as well. The shared bathroom at the TV lounge is fitted with a spacious shower and bath, basin, and toilet. A sixth cottage room is located in the back garden and furnished with a queen-size bed and is ideal for movie entertainment and features a smart TV. It has a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. This room also doubles as a laundry area. Crisp linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan living area includes an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with fireplace, all connected to the large patio area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and features a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and a Nespresso coffee machine. In a separate scullery, there’s a dishwasher for guests’ convenience.
The patio features a built-in braai, an under-cover al fresco dining table, and a comfy seating area. Additional features include free Wi-Fi, a full selection of DStv channels, and Netflix. Guests are afforded secure parking for 2 cars on the premises.
The location offers access to beaches, a number of restaurants, art galleries, and coffee shops. It is also not far from the lagoon and scenic walking and mountain biking trails on the mountain.
