Neat but very impersonal. Guesthouse should have a reception - only 1 person sitting there on a chair and didn't even know I was there. He had to call to confirm. No bedside lights. Big light right in front of room on all night which bothers you when you want to sleep. No shelves in bathroom. No face towel. Neat but very impersonal.
