Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A fully refundable breakage deposit is due before arrival. The deposit is payable via EFT into the owner's account.
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the apartment.
No pets are permitted.
No loud noise or music, parties, or events permitted. Quiet time from 23h00 until 6h00, as per complex rules.
No sleep overs are permitted.
No extra guests are allowed without written permission from the owner. Extra guests will be charged per-person rates.
Please note that my rates are occupancy based i.e. per person rates apply, which means rates differ according to the number of guests that booked, and hence rates will increase as the number of guests increases, up to a maximum of 6 guests.
Please note that if you booked and paid for 2 to 3 people only, the host will ask you beforehand to indicate how many rooms you need during your stay. The other bedroom(s) will then be locked to prevent sleepovers of non-paying guests, which creates additional expenses to the property.
Please note that parking space is available for one vehicle only. If you need additional parking space for another vehicle, this should be arranged well in advance, and depends on availability.
