Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
1. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
2. Maximum 4 guests are allowed to stay overnight.
3. Park your vehicle in a designated visitor's parking. No parking is allowed in or on
red lines.
4. This is a non-smoking unit. Please smoke outdoor and dispose cigarette butts
responsibly.
5. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the unit without prior arrangement.
6. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. Please be considerate of neighbours
and avoid loud noise during these hours.
7. Please dispose garbage bags in the designated Waste Disposal Area near the swimming
pool.
8. Instruction manuals of all electrical appliances are available in a file on top of
the fridge.
9. The Washing Line Area, at the back of the building, may be used to hang your
washing/ towels. Please do not hang wet towels/ washing over the furniture or
in the windows.
10. Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the unit. The property
owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
11. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. Please
report any damages immediately.
12. As water is a precious resource, please use it responsibly, especially when
showering or washing dishes.
