Pets are allowed with prior arrangement.
Please note that the air conditioning is not currently working and fans are supplied.
No excessive noise is allowed as it is a residential area.
Don't adjust the pool pump settings.
Treat the property as your own.
Leave the property in the condition you found it.
A small reserved section on the side of the property which is not accessible to guests and completely separate is used by a company.
