House Rules

Smoking is not allowed.
No noise, including music played with the door open, is allowed.
No visitors unless by prior arrangement with the owner
The property is not suitable for children and infants under the age of 14.
Pets are not permitted.
No parties/events, disturbances, or rowdy behavior. Guests who break this rule will be asked to vacate the premises.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay over. The maximum occupation limit of 2 guests. Hosts must be notified of visitors. Visitors will not be allowed on the premises after 20:00.
Early check-ins and outs, and bag drop-offs are not allowed.
Towels are not to be used for make-up removal. Irremovable stains will incur a fee.
No hair dye or fake tan is allowed in suites.
Eating or drinking on white linens or furnishings is prohibited.
No illegal substances or illicit behavior is permitted.
A fee may be claimed for damage to property or lost keys.
Breaking house rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of bookings without compensation. If breaking house rules leads to another guest's cancellation then the person responsible will be liable for this loss in revenue.
