Check-in is not permitted on December 25, December 26, and January 1.
The apartment operates on a prepaid electricity system. Guests are responsible for their own electricity usage during their stay. Electricity will be preloaded before arrival, but if additional electricity is needed, guests must purchase it themselves.
A maximum of 2 guests are allowed to stay in the apartment at any given time.
No pets are allowed.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Guests may not use bath towels as swimming towels.
All windows and doors must be closed when guests are not in the apartment. The area is known for sudden strong winds that can cause damage.
Loud noise and music are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Guests must not enter the elevator with wet feet.
No laundry or towels may be hung over the balcony railing.
Guests are kindly requested not to discard food, cigarettes, or any other items over the balcony railing.
