Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you felt our communication may have come across as rude during your recent stay. Please understand how important it is to ensure that all guests adhere to the checkout time of 10 am, especially when we have incoming guests on the same day.
Additionally, we were disappointed to find the lodge left in an unsettling condition, with bottles and bottle caps littered on the floor. As a wildlife estate, maintaining the environment is a top priority for us, and we do emphasise in our pre-stay rules that the lodge should be left in the same condition it was found.
We want to assure you that our intention was not to come across as rude, but rather to uphold the standards of our establishment and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. We strive to provide the best service possible and hope for mutual respect from our guests too.
