Description
San Lameer Villa 5909 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This villa can accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms are furnished with 2 three-quarter beds which can be moved together on request. Each bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Two of these bathrooms are en-suite to the bedrooms upstairs. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge space has comfy seating and a TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This space also has a pool table for guests to use. Through the stacking doors is a patio with a lounging corner, an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai. This patio leads onto a wooden deck with an inviting swimming pool and sun loungers which creates the perfect spot for guests to unwind. Additionally, this villa has a jacuzzi.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
