On the Lake is in a beautiful setting, highly recommend. What a beautiful place with a luxurious yet comfortable feel. This unit has everything you need. The mountains in the background make the perfect view for relaxing in the shade under the beautiful trees. We opted to braai and we were thrilled with the cooking and braai facilities in the unit. The TV has most subscriptions on offer such as Showmax, Disney, Netflix (remember to bring your own login details). When we wanted to explore the town, it was a quick 3-minute walk to restaurants and the many different shops. From the seamless arrangements for key collection to the attention to detail, it was a perfect overnight stay, which we would have extended to a week. We will be back.

Die eenheid was ideaal vir 'n vinnige wegbreek vir twee mense! Ons het 'n ongelooflike tyd gehad by On the Lake. Die eenheid is baie netjies, modern en het voldoen aan alles wat ons benodig het, terwyl dit ook uiters gerieflik geleë was, binne loopafstand van alles in Clarens.

Spectacular. On the Lake Guest House was honestly the best accommodation I have ever stayed at in Clarens. The modern rooms are so clean, it feels like a 5-star hotel, and the amenities in the room are perfect for self-catering. The view from our room was breathtaking; I will definitely be staying there again.

Rustige Clarens kuier met lieflike uitsig. Heerlike verblyf in netjiese en gerieflike eenheid. Goeie kommunikasie met eienaar. Maklike selfinklok en uitklok.

Serene for sure. My stay at On the Lake was lovely. They are still building it up, but the rooms are absolutely stunning and modern. I was very impressed. The best part is it's within walking distance to the shops and Clarens town. I would highly recommend it and can't wait to be back there once the rest of the accommodation has been built up.
