The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs and consists of an open-plan unit above the owner's garage that accommodates 2 guests. The sleeping area is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The kitchenette features a 2-seater dining table and is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. Guests are provided with tea and coffee-making facilities, as well as a selection of cereals and rusks. Additional facilities include a smart TV with access to Netflix, complimentary Wi-Fi, aircon, and on-site evening parking for one vehicle.

Description
The Nook is a smaller, downstairs en-suite room with a private entrance. It is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower fixed over bath, washbasin, and toilet. The room includes a table with two chairs, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a small bar fridge, a kettle, and a microwave, along with crockery and cutlery. The spacious bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead. You will also have your private patio with seating. Access is via a pedestrian gate and a pathway along the side of the property. Please note that our pets have access to the garden area surrounding this room, so you may encounter a friendly dog or cat during your stay. Street parking is available.
