I did not enjoy it. The manager lacks administration skills. 1. Arrived and waited at the gate because the person with the keys was not on the premises. 2. We slept with the door unlocked because there was an issue with the door rail. Informed her in the morning, yet she was insinuating that we might have broken the door. How? I don't know. 3. The room was not cleaned on our day 1, yet we were out the entire day.

Good day, immediately it was sorted out the next morning, and the cause was that the door was pushed off the rail so it was not broken. As per advert, we do not clean during guests' stay unless it's requested as we charge R150 per day. Please read the advert. If cleaning was requested and paid for, it would have been done.
