Description

Cathrin House is a spacious and comfortable retreat, just 800 meters from the sea in Arniston. It offers peace and tranquility, with enough space to comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

The house has 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom offers 2 single beds, one of which is suitable for a child. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, and there is a separate guest toilet.

There are 3 spacious living areas, suitable for any weather or time of year. These include a large living room, a big kitchen table for dining, and a cosy braai room with an indoor braai and fireplace, ideal for cold or rainy days. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery.

Outside, there is a fenced braai area with a large tree, perfect for socializing late into the evening. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Waenhuiskrans is one of South Africa's most beautiful coastal villages, known for its stunning sand dunes and rock formations. In late winter, whales come close to shore, offering an unforgettable sight. The village offers great fishing, lovely swimming spots for experienced surfers, and safe coves for families with young children.
