A cozy sitting area awaits, offering the perfect space to lose yourself in a book, play a game (we provide a variety for your enjoyment), or plan your day. The unit boasts a complete private bathroom with all essential amenities. Step outside to the shaded patio, equipped with a spacious dining table, barbecue cooker, and comfortable seating to indulge in the panoramic view of the pool and garden. The tranquil ambiance, accompanied by the delightful birdlife, invites peace. If you fancy some sunbathing, private loungers await on one side of the pool area. In addition to the front garden and your designated carport, you'll enjoy access to a patio, which is shared among guests since there are three units available on the upper floor. The pool and an outdoor warm shower on the opposite side of the house are also at your disposal. A small entrance gate provides a convenient pathway for a 900m walk or cycle to one of the world's most spectacular beaches, spanning over 4kms.

Solar panels and inverters are used at the premises, however during extremely bad weather loadshedding might lead to short power outages.
Please be respectful of the neighbours and other guests in the home, especially in the shared places, such as the patio and the pool area.
No loud music can be played after 10:00 pm.
The pedestrian gate will remain open until about 17:00pm, should you come home late you can enter with your gate control or just ring the bell, should you have gone for a walk.
Please ensure the entrance door is locked when you exit.
The other rooms or downstairs are strictly no-entry zones.
You can braai with the little Weber on your patio.

This gorgeous studio suite that can accommodate 2 guests is ideally located near a stunning beach. This room has its own private entrance and dedicated parking. The room is situated on the upper floor of a welcoming home, the suite features a private bedroom that consists of a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The room is furnished with a kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, air fryer, and Weber grill, which lets you prepare meals with ease. Step out onto the shaded balcony, complete with a barbecue cooker and comfortable seating, or a private terrace with garden views, or take a refreshing dip in the expansive swimming pool while marveling at memorable sunrises. Guests also enjoy access to the front garden, the pool, and an outdoor warm shower. A small gate provides a convenient 900m walk or cycle (bicycles available) to one of the world’s most spectacular 4km-long beaches, with an upmarket shopping center featuring a chic brunch café only 50m away. Please note that our furry companions—a gentle bulldog named Honey and a scraggly Maine Coon cat named Nala—also call this home. We use an alternative energy system with solar panels and inverters; however, during rare periods of escalated load shedding in South Africa, these resources may be temporarily depleted. Your understanding is appreciated. Lastly, no matrics or ragers are allowed.
