Not the greatest. Unfortunately, we were left quite disappointed with the unit. Upon arrival, there was a horrible smell in the unit (it hadn't been aired out). The shower in the main bedroom had no water pressure; there was literally a trickle of water coming through. We couldn't use the bath in the second bathroom as, with the water shortages in Durban, we didn't want to fill the tub. There were three sachets of sugar, and the little coffee that was there was hard in the container. The remote for the gate doesn't work, neither does the phone to open the gate work, which means we had to walk down every time we had a delivery or to our Uber. (The security eventually came to check out the phone and confirmed it doesn't work). On other notes, the unit was fairly clean, and we enjoyed the pool in the complex.
