JoyWood Cottages offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in 2 quaint units, situated on a private farm 3.7 km outside Himeville in the Southern Drakensberg. The farm is located close to a river.
The unit sleep 3 to 4 pax, and comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a king-size bed and the bathroom has a shower. Linen is supplied. The comfy lounge area has a single bed for that extra person, TV with selected DStv channels and a fireplace, and opens onto a large private balcony and a garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove and a microwave, and braai facilities are available. The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi. The cottage offers lovely mountain views, and peaceful walks or hikes, and fly fishing can be enjoyed in the surrounding area. The property is fully fenced and is pet friendly and guests have access to parking.
Swallows Nest is a gorgeous, open plan Studio with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with stunning claw footed bathtub and shower head. The Kitchenette has all you need for simple Self catering and the fenced garden and deck provide a beautiful area to relax and braai. Pet friendly, Dstv, Wi-fi, sleeps 2. Aircon with heating too. No Fireplace.
