Good. Only was there for one night. We booked a family room. Our arrival was delayed and the team went over and above to ensure we could check in even though we were late. Everything was outstanding with the exception of the carpets in the family room having an unpleasant smell.

Sadly not good at all. We were sadly disappointed! Advertised as a B&B but only a kettle in the room, no microwave! No breakfast (extra milk was given). The number of dead bugs in the room and bed were excessive. No outside lights and stairs to navigate in the dark.
