Shanthi Apartment 4 is a lovely self-catering located on the 1st floor, just 500m from the beach in Ballito. Ideal for guests seeking a holiday getaway close to the sea and within easy walking distance to the 4km Ballito promenade, shops, and restaurants.
This first-floor apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan, featuring an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. The guest bathroom is equipped with a toilet, basin, and shower.
The open-plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, as well as cutlery and crockery. For added convenience, there's a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches, features a TV with DSTV, and opens to a balcony with additional seating and a charcoal braai, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
