This newly re-furbished prefab home sleeps 2 people. The unit is perfectly laid out with a lounge/kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. It has 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request and linen for both options are supplied. Netflix is available as well as a fibre internet line. The kitchenette has heat an eat facilities with a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners and milk is provided on arrival. Although this is a prefab building, it has been refurbished, making it a stunning, comfortable liveable area, providing all guests required needs. Not suitable for pets. Parking is behind remote controlled gates and the unit is adjacent to the main house which means you have to walk past the main house to gain access. This is a lovely area for joggers and walkers. The surrounding area is perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities, with scenic routes ideal for jogging or walking, allowing guests to take in the beauty of the area during their stay. Very close to local shops, restaurants, 20 minutes from Durban beach and 8 minute drive to the new Westtown development. NOTE: There is a invertor which provides basic wifi, lights and tv during loadshedding.
