Situated on the same homestead as the owners' residence, it offers a separate and private entrance, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay. Conveniently located, it is just 2 km from Technopark and 4 km from the University of Stellenbosch and the town center, making it an ideal retreat for both work and leisure.
The studio cottage can accommodate 2 guests and is tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed. It has an en-suite shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
