Balooga No. 36 is part of a secure complex situated across the road from the beach. The complex is superbly situated with incredible sea-views.
This first-floor unit can accommodate 6 guests, it comprises 3 bedrooms, the first room has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with both shower and bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom with twin beds, these 2 smaller bedrooms share a second bathroom with both a shower and bath.
The open-plan living area consists of open plan lounge and a well-equipped kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer. There is a TV set and full DStv is provided. The verandah has a built in gas braai leading off the lounge. The sea view from this area is outstanding.
The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates and 24-hour security. There is a swimming pool in the complex and 2 open bay parking for use.
There are no buildings in front of the apartment to spoil the views. This property is within close proximity of the main Margate beach and also near the fishing pier.
