Makhato Lodge 92 is a charming self-catering home located in the Sondela Nature Reserve near Bela-Bela. Situated in the Waterberg region, this private game reserve is just 150 km from Johannesburg, offering the tranquillity of the bushveld, encounters with zebra, kudu, impala, and giraffe, as well as opportunities for birdwatching.
This air-conditioned property can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and its bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the bathroom is fitted with a bath. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The home features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, and a fridge-freezer. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery. The lounge and dining area offers comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax and also boasts an indoor braai. For entertainment, a TV with DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi are available.
The living area opens onto a patio with outdoor seating. Additionally, a boma area with a firepit, chairs, and cushions can be enjoyed. Guests are afforded secure onsite parking.
