Lucien Sands 401 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Margate. The apartment offers stunning ocean views from the balcony and most rooms.
This 4th-floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and opens onto a small balcony that offers sea views, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom, which has a shower and a bath.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and a washing machine as well as a dishwasher. The open-plan lounge features a TV which has an open view decoder, and Wi-Fi is available. The lounge leads to a spacious balcony, which boasts a braai facility, and lovely sea views to admire.
