Lagoon Drive 15 is a lovely single-story home that offers an ideal setting for a memorable family holiday with stunning garden views. It is situated less than 1 km from the main beach in Salt Rock.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms inside the main house, along with an additional flatlet that can host 2 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a standing fan, and opens onto a patio. It boasts an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a ceiling fan, and opens onto a patio. It boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. The guest bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower.
The external flatlet features an open-plan design furnished with a queen-size bed and comfortable seating. In-room facilities include a standing fan, a kitchenette with a microwave. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle. It also comes stocked with cutlery and crockery. For added convenience, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine available.
The lounge area is furnished with comfortable couches and a smart TV, however, guests will need to log into their own streaming platforms, complemented by free Wi-Fi facilities. Large stacking doors lead to a patio with additional seating and a free-standing braai, providing the perfect setting for enjoying the sunset.
There is a single lockup garage and additional open parking for three vehicles.
Please note that, despite being a single-story house, there are stairs inside leading to various rooms at different levels.
