Excellent place and serving staff wonderful. But follow up on your booking! Our stay was absolutely amazing with the best staff a person could get. Especially the manager on duty as well as the cleaning staff and restaurant staff. We had one big problem: when we inquired about the other 2 rooms that we booked for a doctor and my parents-in-law, and paid for, nobody could find anything of our extra bookings. They could eventually give us 1 extra room, but the doctor at the end had to share a room. It seems like the agency that owns Ladybird would rather book German travellers in than South Africans. For the first 3 days, we also had no WiFi.
