Fish Eagle Lodge is a self-catering holiday home, located on Somerset Gift Getaway Farm, approximately 16.8 km outside of Swellendam. This cottage is the perfect getaway for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful nature holiday.
The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children in 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed and they both have an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds and the en-suite bathroom contains a bath, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a dining table and a fireplace. The room opens onto a covered patio that is furnished with outdoor furniture, a dining table and a built-in braai. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have access to a private wood-fired hot tub, off-street parking and activities like swimming, canoeing, fishing and zip-lining on the river and they can enjoy some nature walks around the property. This property is within close proximity to local shops and restaurants in Swellendam.
