Description
Dolfin House is a comfortable self-catering unit located on the ground floor of the owner's home and is perfectly situated in the picturesque harbour town of Yzerfontein on the West Coast.
The unit comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is spacious and is fitted with a bath, shower, basin and a toilet. The second bathroom is an en-suite. For guests' convenience, toiletries are provided in the bathrooms.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite with a shower, toilet and a basin. The third bedroom features 2 single beds.
The living area is open-plan and the kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and ample built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, as well as braai utensils.
The lounge has a comfortable couch and a Smart TV with full DStv. Wi-Fi is also available.
For guests' safety, security cameras have been installed on the outside of the home.
A washing machine is available on the premises for guests staying longer than 2 days.
The living area leads out onto an enclosed garden with outdoor seating and a gate. Guests can also make use of the communal swimming pool and undercover braai area. Please note that the swimming pool isn't enclosed.
The unit is very centrally located and within walking distance of the main beach and the well-known 16-mile beach, sports club, Rosemead Bakery, shops, restaurants, beauty and hair salon, and only 50 m from the caravan park.
