Perfect choice for a beach holiday. Perfect location. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you would need for a beach holiday. The fact that it has direct access to the Lucien beach is wonderful.

The most wonderful staycation we had in Margate. Absolute value for money, great customer service and the most wonderful location. Wonderful place for a family vacation.

Safe, tidy and everything needed, parking can be a big problem because 6 people can't drive in 1 vehicle, there is only 1 parking available and the 2 guest parkings are not guaranteed, big problem. The unit is perfect, but no one told us that people get deathly ill there. You have to spend hundreds of rands on bought water and the sea makes you sick. My whole family was deathly ill a day after we swam in the sea. I think this should be conveyed to people when they book a place, you pay dearly to rent this accommodation but then spend the whole time in front of the toilet, at doctors etc. And it's not just my opinion, it's the experience of many people who have been there on holiday. Be honest with guests before they pay thousands of rand for accommodation about the state of the water and sea.
