The host is a relaxed, friendly and pleasant person. We were comfortable there. Our host was very forthcoming and provided whatever we requested. I was relatively close to where our student children stayed and easy to find.

Friendly, comfortable and above all, very welcoming. Mavis was very accommodating and friendly; she was always available regardless of the time or query. The gardens are well maintained and an asset for when travelling with a dog. The area is very quiet and in a great location, especially as there is a dog park nearby. I would suggest adding a fan to the room as it can get quite hot in there during the summer.

Weak, unacceptable. That place is not up to standard at all and not what the photos pretend it is. I would not recommend anyone to spend the night there. If I had not arrived there at 7:45 PM that night, I would definitely have looked for another place to sleep. There is no ventilation in the room, unless you open the bathroom window. The wall plugs are dirty and you can't even put one in. There was no crockery and cutlery for four people, only four glasses. The toilet seat was cracked. The only trash available was the small ashtray by the toilet. The toilet paper wasn't even on a holder – you had to hold it in your hand. The door had two cracks in it, and the curtain rod had already pulled out of the wall. The bedding had spots on it that looked like blood spatters. It was really unacceptable for me to sleep there, with my two children and elderly mother. I took photos as proof. I can't believe the website even allows the location on their website! I'm very disappointed!
