34 Mossel River is a fantastic holiday destination for families or groups seeking a relaxing and indulgent getaway in the scenic town of Hermanus. The villa is conveniently located just a short stroll from the coastal path and within easy reach of popular attractions such as the Old Harbour restaurants, Hermanus Golf Course, and Fernkloof Nature Reserve.
The main house boasts 4 spacious en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The main bedroom is spacious furnished with a king-size bed, and features a working station, It has a large en-suite shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both these seaside rooms exit onto the seaside garden area with a fire pit and have sea views. The third bedroom is upstairs, furnished with a king-size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. This room exits onto the balcony overlooking the ocean. The fourth bedroom is also located upstairs and furnished with a king-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a large shower. This room opens onto a balcony with breathtaking mountain views and has a TV with DStv.
The house boasts 2 modern kitchens equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and coffee machine, and features a dishwasher. The upstairs lounge and dining areas exemplify vacation entertainment, with 2 dining tables, one outdoors on the balcony and one inside, enabling guests to pick the seat they want. A smart TV with DStv is also available.
There is also a fireplace inside and a braai area outside, along with a fire pit and a swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a lovely braai.
There is a private garden cottage featuring 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and both have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The cottage also has its own living area with open open-plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has a built-in fridge, electric hob and oven, and dishwasher.
The large private garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and reading, or sporting activities, and secure parking for up to 5 cars. A solar/inverter power backup system ensures reliable electricity supply to lights, fridges, alarms, TV, and Wi-Fi. A laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds to the amenity list.
